Client Profile: Trinity Love Hoblit Foundation
September 2019
September is Brain Aneurysm Awareness Month and the Trinity Love Hoblit Foundation is on a mission to raise awareness about the signs and symptoms of brain aneurysm. The nonprofit also provides support and funding for neuroscience research for brain aneurysm with the goal of advancing treatment options and reducing the time between treatment and signs/symptoms to ensure better outcomes for those suffering a brain aneurysm.
The Trinity Love Hoblit Foundation was founded in 2016 by Olivia and Phil Hoblit in honor of their daughter, Trinity. At age 9, Trinity was diagnosed with multiple brain aneurysms and over the years went through many brain surgeries. In 2015 at the age of 14, she was scheduled for an open brain surgery for an aneurysm clipping, but two days prior to her pre-op her aneurysm ruptured, and she passed away.
Know the Facts. Save a Life.
Thanks to recent medical advancements, treatment for brain aneurysm is more promising than it was just a few years ago. And there are now minimally invasive options. But the first step is to know the warning signs as a ruptured brain aneurysm requires immediate medical attention! The fact sheet below was developed for use during Awareness Month and beyond.
A Survivor Story
Brain Aneurysm Awareness Month is also about spreading hope. I had the pleasure of interviewing Marilyn Pringles and writing her survivor story, which I am pleased to share.
